Some time ago we made the decision to stay remote-first indefinitely—and we’re loving our distributed, borderless structure. One outcome is that it gives even more meaning to the times that we meet up in person as a company.

From the 6th to the 13th of May, 60 sherpos travelled to Dublin for a week-long retreat where we shared co-working spaces, socialized and enjoyed everything that the Irish capital had to offer. Here’s a summary in pictures of the great times we had.
