GENERAL CONDITIONS
The maximum period of the electronic visa validity is 180 days, starting from the date of issue, for a single entry and a period of stay not exceeding 30 days.
The holder of several electronic visas may, in no case, cumulate the duration of stays granted by his eVisa. He must leave the Moroccan territory at the end of the period of stay conferred to him by the first visa before benefiting from a new stay in the Kingdom.
The deadline for issuing the electronic visa is 24 hours (working days in Morocco) for the express visa and 72 hours (working days in Morocco) for the standard visa. This deadline limit is not applied to incomplete applications or applications containing false information.
Minor under the age of 18 holding an electronic visa is allowed to enter Morocco only with one of his / her parents or a legal representative.
The e-Visa is issued for “Tourism” or “Business” purposes. The holder of the electronic visa may not, under any circumstances, apply for residency in the Kingdom of Morocco.
Only ORDINARY PASSPORTS are accepted in order to apply for an electronic visa. Holders of any other travel document, subject to this formality, are invited to apply for their visas at the Embassy or Consulate General of Morocco near their place of residence.
Any eVisa request, once validated and paid by the applicant, may not, under any circumstances, be subject to cancellation or refund request.
Being in possession of an electronic visa does not confer an irrevocable right of entry. The competent authority responsible for border control may refuse entry to the Moroccan territory to any person who does not meet the conditions or the required evidence.
Any false declaration or documentary fraud exposes the perpetrators to sanctions provided for in this regard.
