Urgent U.S. Passport Renewal

Instructions for urgent passport renewal.

Step by step instructions for renewing your passport with sherpa°. Please follow the instructions outlined below to avoid unexpected delays. Our support team is here to help if you run into any issues or have questions.

Step 1: Complete the forms

Complete, print, date and sign the following two forms.

Authorization Form

A form authorizing us to submit the passport renewal on your behalf.

U.S. passport renewal application: DS-82 online form

Complete the form online and print out the application. Sign and date it using black or blue ink.

The form must be completed online. Online system generates a custom bar code for each application in the top left corner. Applications without a barcode will not be accepted.

Step 2: Print & Sign

Print the forms from step 1 on separate pages (not double-sided).

Date and sign the forms in blue or black ink.

Step 3: Collect & Mail

Collect the following documents and mail them to us.

U.S. passport renewal application: DS-82

Printed, dated and signed DS-82 form from step 1.

Two (2) passport photos

They must be recent, identical, 2×2 inches, on completely white background. No glasses, no hats.

Travel Itinerary

Copy of a plane ticket, or travel itinerary with the applicant’s name showing dates and flight information for a departure within 14 days or 30 days in case you need a visa.
